Dear beautiful students & friends,

As many of you know, I moved to NY last February, which for the most part has been amazing.

But I miss Seattle and my friends and community there.

Fortunately I’ll be visiting Seattle for a few weeks in November…

And I’ll be teaching a Yoga Workshop while I’m there!

As we shift into winter and colder, darker weather, as well as the flurry of the upcoming holidays, it’s so important to keep ourselves grounded, to maintain balance, and to find our own light.

Please join me in my Yoga Workshop for Balance, Grounding & Light, giving yourself the gift of two and a half hours to practice centering, healing meditation, balancing poses and breath, foster a steady ground with powerful standing poses and sweet forward bends, and to kindle your own inner light with radiant, heart opening backbends.

At the end of our practice I will guide you through 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep (think Superhero Savasana:), a powerful practice that strengthens the immune system, increases energy, and creates deep relaxation.
