We’re offering Making the Mental Shift: 4 Weeks to Greater Balance, Calm and Grounding from November 19th – December 17th.
We hope you will join us on this month long immersion to greater balance, calm and grounding…
Our 4-week oasis of calm will cover a different topic each week:
- In Week 1 of our course, we’re going to look at how yoga and meditation affect our brains to foster a greater sense of calm, balance and grounding.
- In Week 2 of our course, we’ll look at the different forms of anxiety, and discuss how genetics and life events contribute to this condition.
- In Week 3, we’ll discuss triggers and how certain thought patterns can help or harm.
- In Week 4, we’ll discuss dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as other programs and resources, to help you further your shift from anxious to calm.
To support you in Making the Mental Shift, each week will include:
- A live Mindful Yoga Practice for Energy & Calm 60 minute class taught by Dani every Monday evening from 7-8pm PST. If you can’t make it to the live class, all classes will be recorded for you to practice & enjoy any time!
- 3 recorded Guided Meditations. Meditation topics will include:
- Gentle Grounding
- Calm Centering
- Enjoying Enhanced Sleep
- Fostering Better Focus
- Cultivating Self-Compassion
- 2 recorded Yoga Fixes/Breathing Breaks. These short, 10-20 minute fixes will supplement and expand on the weekly live yoga class.
- 3 Journaling Exercises to foster awareness of one’s self.
- Content will be available to you by Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning each week.
- For example, by Monday morning you’ll receive a link to a page that will include your recorded meditation, a journal exercise, and the link to join Dani’s class that evening. And on Wednesday & Friday you’ll receive a link to a page with your recorded meditation, a Yoga Fix or Breathing Break, & a journal exercise.
In addition to our weekly exercises, we will have a “Meet & Greet” prior to the start of the actual course to come together as a group, answer any questions about technology and meditate together.
We’re also offering 2 live Webinars where participants will have the opportunity to discuss topics such as how to differentiate between the various forms of anxiety and how to befriend your own inner Anxiety Dragon. The Webinars will also be recorded, so if you can’t make it live you’ll still be able to enjoy their benefits!
Because we want to give as much individual attention as possible, as well as foster a sense of community, course participation is limited to 15 students.
At the end of our 4 weeks together, you’ll have a toolbox full of information, as well as yoga and meditation classes to keep you calm during life’s turbulent moments.
And with lifetime access to all course materials, you can utilize them at any time to return to that sense of calm, balance and grounding.
