In this immersive course, you will…
- Commit to 90 days of meditating for 10 or so minutes daily
- Write in a journal
- Practice Yoga Nidra (pretty much the most bad ass yoga practice out there)
- Take a live group class with me once a week in your own virtual studio
The Path of Love is about creating a framework of support to guide you in your 90 day journey of self love, exploration, and coming home to the true teacher that resides within you.
- 3 10 minute morning & 3 10 minute evening meditations each week
- 3 journal prompts each week
- 1 Yoga Nidra recording teaching on the chakra of the week
- A live Sacred Sunday group yoga practice in our “virtual” studio
Everything will be recorded so even if you can’t make the live practice or things come up (as they inevitably do), everything will be there for you to practice & explore on your own time.
In this course we will explore the 7 chakras (or energy pathways), in our body.
Here is an overview of each week…
Week 1 Root chakra
- Starting the path of love by grounding & coming home to ourselves. Building a structure that supports and sustains our life.
Weeks 2 & 3 Sacral chakra
- Continuing with creativity & sexuality. The essence of the Sacral chakra is knowing that what we have and do is good enough. In these two weeks we will practice finding the balance between control and letting go.
Weeks 4 & 5 Solar plexus chakra
- Exploring personal identity, inner knowing and gut instinct. Connecting to our true self, that part of us that is always whole and intact, and where truth, beauty, and freedom abide.
Weeks 6 & 7 Heart chakra
- Centering ourselves in love. Recognizing our very nature is loving, kind, and respectful. Cultivating awareness of the sacredness of all things.
Weeks 8 & 9 Throat chakra
- Consciously committing to expressing our truth. Honoring our individuality.
Weeks 10 & 11 Third eye chakra
- Cultivating a strong and independent mind, clear and concise thought, and inner contemplation. Balancing grounded, logical thinking and intuitive, imaginative experience. In weeks 10 & 11 we’ll explore the power of the mind to transform our life, harness our vitality, and implement our dreams.
Week 12 Crown chakra
- Connecting to the divine within us, to cosmic consciousness and universal energy. Honoring grace, beauty, serenity, and oneness with all that is…
