Where and when is the practice?

In the comfort of your home on zoom every Sunday evening from 5-6pm ET from Sunday, April 14th through June 16th.

What if I can't make all the LIVE practices?

No problem! When you sign up for the 10 class package you'll receive lifetime access to all video and audio recordings of every LIVE practice gathered together as a beautiful mini course you can return to anytime.

How many LIVE practices are there in total?

There are eleven LIVE practices. I'm acting on the assumption that you'll want to try one first before investing in the remaining ten, which is why I offer a drop in option + a 10 Class Package Special Option.

Do I save money when I sign up for the package?

Yes! A drop in class is $49. When you sign up for the 10 class package each individual class is $39, for a total savings of $100!

What props do I need?

If you have a yoga mat, blcoks or bolsters definitely have them with you. If not, no problem! All you need are a comfortable surface to practice on and some cushions/pillows/blankets. And an eye pillow can be especially nice for the yoga nidra practice.

What should I wear?

No yoga clothes required! Although you're welcome to wear them if you like. But all you need is comfortable clothing you can move in. 

Are you available to answer questions?

Yes! I'll  be available about ten minutes before class begins and stay online for about fifteen or so minutes after our practice ends to answer any questions you may have. 

What if I already know I want to buy the package and don't need to try it first?

That's great! If you  decide to just purchase the 10 class package and want to receive all eleven classes then more power to you - I'll give you a sign up for 10 get 1 free deal and you'll be all set.
