Freeing the Feet & Calves

This is an all levels practice, accessible to most of us!

Although at the beginning of the video I say you'll need two blocks, you can definitely do this practice without them. You can always use books as well to give yourself a little extra height.

As in all my practices, make sure you listen to your body.

Everything I offer is exactly that - an offering - if it doesn't work for you, don't do it! 

Your body is your best teacher.
