Welcome to The Path of CALM!
In each Module, we'll explore a different dimension of CALM -
Compassion, Awareness, Love, Mindfulness.
Our live classes will be a mix of reflective and creative; serious and playful.
We'll meditate together, check in as a group, learn and practice with the week's theme, and have group discussions.
In preparation for each week's class, you'll watch a brief info video and complete a reflection worksheet. This conceptual foundation will help you make the most of our live classes, where you'll have space and time to ask questions and process what you're learning.
You'll also have access to a home practice such as video trainings, guided meditations, yoga nidra, and bonus materials.
The goal is for you to directly experience compassion, awareness, love and mindfulness, have the tools to practice when facing the uncertainty of everyday life, and to embody your inner wisdom more fully.

Before the program begins, you'll get started with some structured reflection that will guide you in clarifying your intentions for enrolling in the program, as well as the life you want to create. There will be an opportunity for self-assessment so that you can get a sense of where you are as you begin. MODULE 2: The Power of Awareness

- Work with and transform your difficult emotions, feelings, and thoughts on a moment-to-moment basis.
- Stay calm, focused, and balanced for greater effectiveness, regardless of external events and circumstances.
- Bring presence to your interactions by slowing them down and responding to them instead of habitually reacting to situations.
- Identify what is and isn't okay so that you can calmly set boundaries with confidence, feel safe expressing yourself in all situations, and stop abandoning yourself for others.

MODULE 3: The Liberating Practice of Love
The Buddha described spiritual practice as "the liberation of the heart which is love."
In this Module you will:
- Offer yourself the transformative practices of self-forgiveness and lovingkindness, freeing up emotions, thoughts, and habitual patterns that keep us stuck.
- Discover how compassion practices help us restore a sense of collective belonging that, over time, reduces suffering. Here, you’ll find you become so much more than a witness to suffering, you become a healing presence and a force for good.
- Feel into a sense of profound interconnection by extending forgiveness and compassion to others—in your life as well as the wider world.
MODULE 4: Cultivating Mindfulness
