You missed out!

Enrollment closes April 10!

there's nothing wrong with you  radical acceptance

is what you need

you can question the authority

of your inner critic

Have you ever stopped to think about how much time you spend beating yourself up?

If you’re like many of my students, you're kind and understanding to others, but to yourself? Not so much.

Maybe you've noticed the way your inner critic orders you around all day long, telling you what you should say, what you should think, who you should be ~ even what you should feel. It eats away at you and at your time, and it's exhausting.

The inner critic usually sees some feelings as good while others are bad. And it often claims that if you just did things the right way, you wouldn't feel angry, sad or afraid.

In other words, when you're having a hard time, it must be your fault. You must be doing something wrong. There must be something wrong with you. Again, exhausting. Especially now.

I know firsthand how painful it is to live this way, held hostage on the inside.

For years, my inner critic controlled my life and always had the last word. I didn't trust myself and my intuition, and I drifted into relationships and a career that made me miserable.

All of this happened because I had no idea how I felt and what I needed.

About fifteen years ago, that began to change. I took a class on difficult emotions at a Buddhist monastery where I was living. The opening exercise was to complete this sentence: "What my anger says about me is _________________." I struggled with the assignment. After several false starts, I ended up writing: "What my anger says about me is that I've done something wrong."

And then I sat there looking at my notebook, feeling like something was off about it, but not knowing what it was.

After a few moments, the instructor asked if anyone wanted to share. The friend sitting next to me raised his hand and read his sentence out loud: "What my anger says about me is that I'm alive."

Huh? In that moment, time seemed to stop. I had never heard anything like this before, and I didn't know what my friend was talking about. He was a Zen priest ~ was anger even allowed? Weren't Buddhists supposed to transcend "negative" emotions?

Well, he didn't get in trouble. In fact, no one seemed to have any opinion at all about his anger. He was just being an authentic human.

Right then, something inside of me recalibrated. I realized on a felt-sense level that my inner critic didn't know everything, and that there was a radically different way I could live. I didn't know much about it yet, but I was determined to find out.

Over time, I discovered that this radically different way is radical acceptance and self compassion. And it has transformed my life and the lives of hundreds of my students and clients.

“And if I asked you to name all the things that you love,

how long would it take for you to name yourself?”

Imagine what life would be like if you could see beyond the limited, distorted perspective of your inner critic and reclaim your time. Imagine being able to appreciate the life you have right now, knowing that it's enough and you're enough.

You’d feel more:

❤️ compassion, joy, confidence and calm

🔗 connection and authenticity with yourself and others

You’d have more:

🌟 energy to care for yourself and for the people you love

💡 clarity to take action on what really matters to you

🌱 space to grow, create and rest

🌻 capacity to accept what you can't change

👉 you'd see the truth: that you're human, you're whole, and you belong 👈

Introducing the

Replenish & Renew Circle

a 10 week (April 13-June 19) online group coaching program to cultivate a liberating and accepting presence - one that gives you the courage to respond to life with your full intelligence and compassion, while you experience the healing of radical acceptance, focus on what matters most, reclaim your wholeness, and set yourself up to experience more joy, energy, and fulfillment every day..

...Without the exhaustion of self judgment that makes self care 10x harder

....Without second guessing yourself which keeps you stuck & costs you time & energy

.…And without feeling debilitated or isolated by shame - which often leads to depression - you are not alone!

The practice of radical acceptance will free you to trust and express the fullness of who you are.

But the real beauty is that radical acceptance is fundamental to being present, enjoying your life, and being at peace, as well as knowing that you are good enough just as you are.

How does this happen?

➨ With radical acceptance we can experience ourselves and our life as it is.

When we practice radical acceptance we rediscover wholeness, wakefulness and love.

Dani powerfully expresses simple truths and life lessons. And she has enormous empathy for the suffering of others. She's also phenomenal at offering reality checks! It's so wonderful to go to her and have her confirm 'this is not OK,'  or 'this is NOT about you.' She does a wonderful job of creating a safe space, which is crucial for inner exploration.

that will teach you how to...

🌿 practice self-compassion in the face of uncertainty
🌿 use your innate wisdom to adapt to changing circumstances
🌿 motivate yourself with kindness instead of criticism
🌿 develop healthier and more realistic expectations of yourself
🌿 respond to challenges with deeper self trust

… so you can feel more calm, centered, connected and confident in the uncertainty of everyday life.

During our time together in the R&R Circle

  • You'll fall in love with your whole self, instead of beating yourself up, self criticizing or judging, or feeling debilitated by depression, anxiety, or fatigue.
  • You’ll experience the freedom of radical acceptance and let go of the narratives that hold you back (no more struggling with not feeling good enough).
  • You’ll savor the simple joys of life and rest in the stillness of your being, slowing down so that you have more time and energy (and trust me, when you slow down you’re more productive and happier!)
  • You’ll radically transform your relationship with pain (physical and emotional) so that pain becomes an invitation back to your bodily self.
  • You’ll let in what lights you up and let go of what gets in the way of you living your fullest, most fulfilling life.
  • You’ll reclaim what matters most to you so that you feel a deep sense of fulfillment & peace in your one, precious life.
  • And you’ll do it all while surrounded and supported by a compassionate, caring circle of folks who are on this self care journey with you!

~ what to expect ~

The Replenish & Renew Circle will be held from April 13th - June 19th.

Each week, we'll explore a different dimension of radical acceptance.

Our live classes will be a mix of reflective and creative; serious and playful.

We'll meditate together, check in as a group, learn and practice with the week's theme, and have small group discussions.

In preparation for each week's class, you'll watch a brief info video and complete a reflection worksheet. This conceptual foundation will help you make the most of our live classes, where you'll have space and time to ask questions and process what you're learning.

You'll also have home practices each week, including meditations,  reflections and mindful art-making.

The goal is for you to directly experience radical acceptance, have the tools to practice it when facing the uncertainty of everyday life, and to embody your inner compassionate self more fully.

But the deepest gift is that you’ll start to experience a model of self care that is NOT based on self improvement, fixing, or managing yourself — it’s not about getting somewhere, it’s about being here and coming home to yourself just as you are…

You’ll learn how meeting yourself with radical acceptance and slowing down so that you’re more present and intentional, creating better time and energy boundaries, simplifying your life, and prioritizing your self care not only brings more space and satisfaction to your life, but also helps create a BETTER world.

The Replenish & Renew Circle Journey

PRE-PROGRAM

Before the program begins, you'll get started with some structured reflection that will guide you in clarifying your intentions for enrolling in the program, as well as the community you want to co-create. There will be an opportunity to assess your level of self acceptance & compassion so that you can get a sense of where you are as you begin. You’ll also watch an info video and complete a worksheet to learn about the building blocks of radical acceptance & self-compassion, so that you have a conceptual foundation for our first live class.

WEEK ONE: Discovering Radical Acceptance

We’ll begin by orienting to the program and looking at the arc of the journey so you know exactly what to expect. To create safety and support connection, we'll also discuss intentions and talk about the community we want to share. Next, we'll turn our focus to the fundamentals of radical acceptance. There will be time for questions and discussion, and we'll do an experiential exercise to give you a felt sense of radical acceptance. You'll leave class with tools to be kinder to yourself in everyday life.

WEEK TWO: Navigating Uncertainty

Even though not-knowing is at the heart of being human, it tends to make us feel uncomfortable. This week we'll explore uncertainty ~ how it's normal to struggle with it, how it can impact us in stressful ways that we might not immediately recognize, and how mindfulness is one of the most powerful skills for coping with it. Through mindful, creative and experiential exercises, you'll learn practical ways to meet the unknown so you can feel more confident, calm and compassionate.

WEEK THREE: Feelings & Needs

The core question of radical acceptance is, "What do I need?" Although our feelings tell us about our needs, most of us find it hard to accept how we feel. This makes it difficult to know how to be kind to ourselves. This week, we'll learn why it's important to let ourselves have a full range of feelings, how we can have many feelings at once. At the end of this module, you'll be better able to recognize and accept your feelings, so you can have the information you need to be kinder to yourself.

WEEK FOUR: Boundaries & Connection

Self-kindness means honoring that we all need to feel independent and we all need to feel connected. There's a natural tension between these needs, and both are related to our emotional truth. This week, we'll explore healthy boundaries and how they relate to these universal human needs. You'll learn how to recognize when you need more closeness or more independence, how to meet these needs, and how to be kind to yourself when they aren't met.

ONLINE RETREAT

The half-day online retreat will be a dedicated time to gently immerse yourself in radical acceptance and self-compassion. You'll be guided in familiar practices and introduced to some new ones that incorporate mindfulness, creativity, and movement. The invitation is to deeply listen to what you need and allow yourself to have it. You have full permission to do what feels right and customize your practice. At the end of the retreat, you'll feel resourced and refreshed, with an embodied experience of self-compassion.

WEEK FIVE: Identity & Self-Worth

In uncertain times, our sense of identity can get disrupted, and things that we thought we knew about ourselves change. If we've looked to external achievements as sources of identity or self-worth, we can feel lost. This week we'll explore different sources of self-worth, and the power of having a stable sense of self. By the end of this module, you'll be able to draw on inner sources of stable self-worth and find a sense of who you are, regardless of outside circumstances.

WEEK SIX: Parts & Wholeness

Under stress, we all tend to regress. This means that our "young parts" can become more active in stressful times. When this happens, we tend to be more reactive to ourselves and others. This week, we'll explore the perspective of having various parts, and how we can learn to listen to them. By the end of this module, you'll be able to identify several of your parts and relate compassionately to them. These skills will help you feel more responsive and calm when meeting everyday uncertainty.

WEEK SEVEN: Self-Judgment & Self-Kindness

The inner critic tries to convince us that we should be able to control the uncontrollable and predict the unpredictable ~ both of which are impossible. This week, we'll explore the inner workings of the critic, and we'll learn a step-by-step process for accessing the voice of self-kindness. By the end of this module, you'll be able to identify where the inner critic comes from, how it tries to help you, how you can disarm it, and how to listen to your inner voice of self-kindness.

WEEK EIGHT: The Invitation of Pain

“Everyone knows pain, emotionally, physically, and/or spiritually, often all 3.  When we experience pain, we are instructed to medicalize it to make it go away. We learn to see our bodies as the enemy and forget the identity outside of the pain. But we can learn to experience and understand pain differently, even coming to see pain as the route back home to who we really are. In this way, the pain becomes the invitation back to our bodily selves - reminding us how to love ourselves more fully, teaching us that we can heal regardless of if the pain goes away or not.” Ruthie Lindsey

WEEK NINE: Rest & Receive

In a world that is so hyper focused on doing, achieving, and performing is it any surprise that so many of us are exhausted if not burned out? And that we feel guilty when we slow down and rest? That stops here. The truth is that when we slow down and rest not only do we achieve more, double our energy & time, and increase our productivity, but we also reset our nervous system so that we can heal emotionally, mentally and physically and also be our most vibrant, healthy, and happy self. By the end of this module you will feel well rested, connected, and whole.

WEEK TEN: Release & Renew

For our final week we'll practice letting go of what no longer serves us, letting in what lights us up, savoring the simple joys of life, and getting clear on our legacy - the work we're meant to do, and what we want to leave behind. You'll reclaim what matters most to you and create a sacred contract to support you in showing up in your life and in the world with intention, integrity and alignment to your heart and soul. We will also look back on this journey, identify the practices that are most helpful for each of us to have in our toolkits, and share reflective and creative processes to integrate our learning and anchor it in everyday life.

MY NAME IS...
Dani Dunckley

I'm the founder and creator of Sacred Self Care, a True Fulfillment Self Care Coach, and a yoga teacher. I help service providers (teachers, therapists, professors, social workers, health care workers) who are burned out from putting everyone else first commit to their self care so that they have abundant ease, energy and joy and live a life they deeply love while making a significant and sustainable difference in the world.

Now is the time

for radical acceptance

There’s never been a better time to learn about radical acceptance and how it can help you meet uncertainty with more confidence and calm.

Our world continues to feel unpredictable, and many of us are dealing with ongoing disruption, loss, and transition.

On top of that, you might be blaming yourself ~ on some level thinking that you should have this figured out by now. No one has this 100% figured out. We're all figuring it out, moment-by-moment, together.

Having solid, practical tools for coping with stress is invaluable to our mental health. If you've felt overwhelmed when facing uncertainty and you want to feel more centered in your everyday life, don’t let another day go by without learning to be kinder to yourself.

Invest in yourself today...

In the Replenish & Renew Circle you’ll receive super high-touch support to commit to your self care in a way that is sustainable and feels like second nature, cultivate peace and ease, let go of what doesn’t serve you and let in what lights you up, and most powerfully fall in love with your whole self with the transformative practice of radical acceptance and the support of a compassionate group of like minded folks who are on the same journey.

Frequent Asked Questions

When & Where do the Live Calls Meet?

When you sign up I'll send you a best days/times form to fill out and since this is a small group will do my best to choose a time and day that works for everyone. We'll meet on zoom unless you live in my area in which case you'll also have the option to meet in person (a few people in my area [Yonkers, NY] have already signed up, so this will be an option).

How many people are in this program?

Because this is my first time offering a program like this AND because I want you to receive my full support I'm limiting enrollment to about 8-12 folks.

How much time will R&R take each week?

We'll meet live for about an hour each week, + there will be a guided mediation for you to practice each week + a short teaching to listen to or watch. So approximately 2 hours a week. I want to emphasize however that this program is about freeing your time and energy by releasing self judgment, overwhelm, and self criticism. When you stop fighting yourself (which takes up enormous time and energy) you'll find that you have much more time and energy then you did before you enrolled in this program!

What if I can't attend all the coaching sessions live?

No worries! You’ll be able to keep all the content and recordings so you can refer to the material on your own time.

Do you offer a refund?

If, for any reason, you don't like this amazing program, you can get a full refund anytime within 14 days after our first live group coaching session. If you have any issues, just get in touch with me at dani@danidunckley.com and I'll either help you out until you get the results you need or give you a swift refund.

I've got a question you haven't answered yet. Where can I go to get an answer?

That’s easy! Just email me at dani@danidunckley.com with your question and I’ll get back to you ASAP!

Your results are really important to me...

For this reason, there is very limited space in the Replenish & Renew Circle.

You will not be sitting on calls with dozens of other clients hoping to get your questions answered.

You will get the level of attention you need and deserve.

So if you’re ready to be FULLY SUPPORTED, be sure to grab your spot before they’re scooped up.

I can’t wait to help you create a life of joy, simplicity, ease, and radical acceptance!
