In this practice you'll relax deeply into each pose, releasing areas of holding in the body, mentally witnessing what you feel from a place of compassion (rather than judging, fighting or trying to control or change your experience), and softening into what comes up for you emotionally, allowing yourself to feel.
Yin is a healing practice that supports and strengthens the immune system, and cultivates a sense of calm and peace.
It's a perfect evening practice since it also helps you sleep.
