A Deeply Nourishing Online Experience

During this 4-hour immersive experience on Sunday July 31st, from 12-4pm EST, you will be guided in meditation, yoga and self care practices designed to decompress your nervous system, free your mind from worry, and tap into the warm devotion of your heart. You will learn what it means to ‘come home to yourself’, as well as how to create a strong sense of trust, safety, and aliveness within yourself at all times.

You long to give yourself the gift of self care with the support of others who also value self care, meditation, and time to rest, replenish and renew.

Times aren’t easy. If you’ve been feeling fear, anger, sadness, grief, or frustration, you’re not alone. A strong emotional response to pain and suffering makes us human. But it doesn’t have to overwhelm.

The practices of meditation, self care and yoga teach us to be present with these big feelings, to let ourselves feel them even more deeply. With compassion we recognize that our ability to remain present with the truth of pain opens our hearts to empathy and a greater capacity to be present for others. What if I can't attend the whole retreat?

But I do strongly recommend that you try your best to attend as many as you can — this is how you will get the most out of this retreat.

I realized I needed to work with Dani when I caught myself arguing with myself about not being able to fit self care into my work schedule.
