Imagine waking up in the morning in love with your life.

Feeling inspired and excited and at home wherever you are, just as you are.

Luxuriating in your phenomenal self as you take a big cat stretch in bed from fingers to toes.

Knowing that you’ve got your own back, that you’ve created a sacred ritual of self care for your day that soothes your soul and honors your unique awesomeness.

Imagine knowing you have a sacred self care ritual in place for every day, and that no matter what you can trust yourself to take care of yourself and give yourself what you need.

How f-ing awesome is that?

Imagine a life where every single day you love yourself, you cherish yourself, and you take time for yourself.

Because you have the power to create a phenomenal life for yourself.

In fact, you’re the only one who has this awesome superpower.

It’s called Sacred Self Care. And it’s all about knowing that you are worth the deepest, most tender loving, and sacred self care.

If you struggle with self care you are not alone.

If you feel guilty about taking care of yourself or constantly prioritize other things above yourself you are not alone.

Beautiful one, please stop breaking your own heart.

You are worthy of unconditional love just AS YOU ARE.

And you deserve your own tender loving care. Today & every day.

You struggle with self care because you don't think you're worth it. You feel like you need to be someone other than who you are (someone who is more serene, less angry, more fit, in a better job, less anxious or prone to depression), to be worthy of love.

Well I'm here to tell you that is definitively NOT true.

I've been teaching yoga to lots of different people for the past 15 years, from college professors to National Geographic photographers and adventurers, to doctors and astrophysicists and rock climbers, to the track and field and soccer teams of major universities, and I know that being more flexible will not make you happy.

Being strong and having a "yoga body" will not make you happy.

Being ridiculously smart and at the top of your field as a surgeon or an astrophysicist or National Geographic photographer and adventurer will not make you happy.

Being true to YOU will. True to your beautiful, messy, perfectly imperfect self.

And I'm all about supporting you in taking care of your phenomenal sacred self.

Yes, please!

"Being kind to yourself let's you be kind to others, and that just might be the finest gift that you can give to the world." ~Cheri Huber

Self care is sacred, not selfish. It's a deep and essential act of love. As you commit to caring for yourself you grow in love. And as you grow in love you naturally share that love with the world around you.

The greatest gift you can give others is your presence. But first you must give it to yourself. It's like any garden. If you don't tend to it, it can't grow. And you can't give what you don't have.

Imagine your relationship with your family and friends, even your pets!, & how much more love, patience, tenderness and presence you'll have to share with them once you commit to taking care of yourself. (You'll also by example give them permission to take loving care of themselves!)

Dear one, please give your heart what it needs to grow in love and to share that love & compassion with the world.

Commit to your self care today.

“And if I asked you to name all the things that you love, how long would it take for you to name yourself?

No More Excuses.

And the time is now.

To stop believing you're not worth it.

To stop feeling guilty about taking care of yourself.

There are very few things more important than taking care of yourself and in your heart you know this. You know you don't serve anyone by being small. Because you're not small. You're a wellspring of infinite compassion & love. And the world needs more of that, not less.

YOU need more of that.

This is when your life changes...

It's all about listening. Listening to your intuition. It's all about trust. Trusting your self. Trusting your heart. And knowing you are heard and held and supported as you are.

Sacred Self Care provides you with a sacred space to be your most authentic self and supports you in what you need, moment to moment, breath to breath, day to day.

You are not alone. We will do this together. And no matter what, you are always worth it. This is how your life changes, by being present every step of the way.

"Your sacred space is where you can find yourself over and over again." ~Joseph Campbell

Dani powerfully expresses simple truths and life lessons. And she has enormous empathy for the suffering of others. She's also phenomenal at offering reality checks! It's so wonderful to go to her and have her confirm 'this is not OK,' or 'this is really f--ed up,' or 'this is NOT about you.' She does a wonderful job of creating a safe space, which is crucial for inner exploration.
