Imagine…
Waking up in the morning to a guided 10 minute meditation focusing on grounding both the body and the mind in preparation for the coming day…
In the middle of the day just as you’re getting stiff and stressed and your brain is overflowing with things to do, taking a much needed 15 minute break to loosen your neck & relax your shoulders, to take deep, cleansing breaths and release accumulated tension, leaving you refreshed and centered for the afternoon…
In the evening joining your fellow students for a live yoga practice. You can email/text/FB me requests beforehand or show up a few minutes early to let me know what you need, and just chat and catch up 🙂
Then, prepare to settle on to your mat and listen to the poetry offering of the day, letting it bring you back to your heart. Take time to cultivate stillness and peace and to allow an intention for your practice to arise from your center…
With that intention in mind we will begin to flow, dropping into our bodies with a yummy, sweet, playful practice where laughter, smiles, and loud sighs are invited.
After about 30 or so minutes of building heat and letting go of the day we will begin to slow down into a luscious yin practice, dropping into the earth and luxuriating in longer held poses to get really deep into our connective tissue and let go of any residual holding. This will be followed by a restorative and healing shavasana, poetry, and meditation.

Live classes will be offered every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday evening & will be recorded for you to practice at any time.
Three 10 minute morning meditations and three 15 minute “yoga fixes” will be recorded for you to enjoy at any time each week, with new offerings each week….
There will be an exclusive FB group for you to communicate with your fellow practitioners and me, if you wish, but you will receive everything you need from this Yoga Immersion without it 🙂
