What are the dates for Softening into wholeness?

Softening into Wholeness officially begins on October 31st and I'll be providing content and support through November 27th, BUT as soon as you sign up you'll have lifetime access to this course and can go at your own pace, meaning you can start whenever you want and incorporate these powerful practices into your life at any time for the rest of your life!

What's included in Softening into wholeness?

When you sign up for Softening into Wholeness you have access to:

  • your Sacred Self Care Sanctuary, an online hub with Sacred Self Care practices, (such as guided meditations, yoga nidra, and sacred rest breaks), teachings and trainings that have transformed my and my student's and client's lives 
  • a clear step by step self care path to follow each week to help you feel more ease, energy, grounding, and joy
  • Email and text access to me throughout the program to help further support you and answer your questions.

how much time will softening into wholeness take each week?

All I'm asking you to commit to is ten minutes a day -- although you're welcome to do more -- but ten minutes each day (Monday-Friday) is all you need to benefit from this program.

How does softening into wholeness work?

Softening into Wholeness is a self-guided program. Throughout the 4 weeks of the course, I'll provide gentle encouragement via a series of weekly emails to students + text support if you'd like the extra accountability! But, ultimately, you are in the driver's seat — what you get out of the course will depend on what you put in.

Work at your own pace. The course is designed to offer you a wide range of tools for support and flexibility, so that you can work at your own pace and get the most out of the materials. While 4 weeks is the recommended pace, you are welcome to go slower or faster.

Course access for life. Once the course opens and you receive your login details, you will have access to all of the materials forever. Access is not limited to 4 weeks.

Does the course include "live" gatherings?

Softening into Wholeness is available to you on-demand from the moment you get your login information. In previous courses I had some live elements, but I found it was hard for hundreds of people across different time zones to attend. I've now made all content available on-demand so there's no barrier to you accessing 100% of the material at the times most convenient for you.
