Are you ready to love yourself?

Committed to your sacred self care.

Here's my question for you...

Are you ready to fully, no holding back, commit to yourself? Are you tired of feeling guilty and selfish when you take care of yourself? Have you spent too much of your precious life treating yourself as if you're not worthy of your own love?

Because you are f-ing phenomenal and above and beyond worth it.

Take a moment to think about the people in your life you avoid.

The ones who when you see them coming you hide behind a tree and hope they don't see you. You avoid them because they're almost always unhappy, and it hurts your heart to be near them.

This is serious sh--t.

This is your life we're talking about. Your one, precious life...

Your life is beautiful and sacred and invaluable. Isn't it time you started acting like you're the phenomenal person you are? When you do people will seek out your company, instead of hiding behind trees to avoid it.

When we take care of ourselves we grow in love, we recognize ourselves as worthy of love, as beings of love, and we have infinitely more energy, time, creativity, passion, compassion, and drive to live phenomenal lives, and to inspire everyone we meet to do the same.

F--k yeah.

Spread the love. Be the love. Live the love.

It starts with you. It begins when you commit to loving yourself every single day.

As a yoga teacher, this is what I do. Encourage my beautiful badass students to be true to themselves just as they are.

And you're all beautiful and badass.

It doesn't matter whether or not you can touch your toes or sit in meditation for hours on end. I'm interested in what makes you YOU, not what your job or body type or meditation practice is. And I certainly don't give a flying fig whether or not you can do headstand!

It starts with uncovering the unconscious beliefs that hold you back from your true self, that tell you you're not good enough as you are.

As long as those beliefs are inside you (& they're insidious f--ers because they're unconscious, so most of the time you don't even realize they're there), there will always be reasons to put yourself last.

There will always be a reason why you don't measure up. Or why you don't deserve love, your own or others.

And frankly my dear, that is NOT acceptable. Your life is too precious to be run by self sabotaging beliefs!

You are too precious.

So, what's that voice in YOUR head saying?

And who's voice is it?

Because it's not yours. That voice was not in your head when you were born. You picked up that voice from someone or some experience in your life.

Fill out the form below and let me know the answer to these two questions:

  1. What does the negative voice in your head most often say?
  2. Who's voice is it? &/or Where did it come from?

By clarifying the above questions you can start to uproot the cause of your suffering, and what keeps you from taking care of your beautiful sacred self every single day.

And that's when the real adventure begins...

Are you ready?
